Individual Spiritual Direction
Online or in-person, explore more deeply your spirituality, or spiritual matters in general. It is often helpful to journey with a companion who will be with you as a sacred listener to offer some reflection of your thoughts, and help you dive deeper into your own questioning and understanding. When you engage in Spiritual Direction, you will find a sacred, supportive, and safe space to explore. An environment is fostered to welcome openness and vulnerability, and most importantly, trust.

Group Spiritual Direction
If you choose to practice Spiritual Direction in community, this can be a very rich and rewarding experience. If you have a small group (3-6 persons), contact me to make arrangements and set up guidelines for what can be a deeply moving Spiritual Direction experience.

Organizational Spiritual Direction
Non-profit boards and health care leadership groups are examples of organizations that may be working through transitions or discernment periods and seek the assistance of a Spiritual Director who will work with the group entity as the client, where the spiritual health of the group is most important
